    Course Drop and Refund

    If you drop within 2 weeks of starting a year-round course, we’ll issue a full refund for the course tuition. No refunds will be issued for withdrawing from a course after 2 weeks have passed.

    Book Returns

    You may return any online Math book within 7 days of purchase. You may return any physical Math book within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. When the books are received in retail condition, you will be refunded your original purchase price, excluding shipping. Please consult your sales receipt for full book return instructions.

    Our year round Language Arts courses have textbooks that are purchased from a third party; we do not accept Language Arts book returns.

    Summer Camp language arts classes do have textbooks, which are purchased from a third party; we do not accept Language Arts book returns.
