Have a question for the Virtual Campus team? We are happy to help! Depending on the nature of your question, please contact us by using one of the options below.

Our customer support team is available from 8:00am to 4:30pm PT Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Our goal is to respond no later than the next business day and usually within the day of receipt, if during business hours.

We’ve found that we are able to provide the fastest and most effective customer service over email, as we can look up information and consult with others as needed in order to provide you with a thorough, personalized response — including links if necessary.
